When I saw that we had to do the photo essay project I was pretty excited about it. It works out perfectly to shoot my photo essay while I am on vacation in the Caribbean. My best friend from high school decided to get married on a cruise in the Caribbean and I leave in 4 days...so excited! I have never been on a cruise or to the Caribbean before and it will be really cool to have this photo essay to look back on and remember my week in the sun! For the essay project I thought that it would be fitting to shoot and compile my journey on the cruise and through the Caribbean into the photo essay. The hardest part about the assignment is going to be choosing only six pictures from the hundreds I’ll probably take to put in the final essay. Since you all can’t come with me, I hope the essay will make you feel like you were there…
